The engineer Mr. Das is very knowledgeable, polite and methodical. He first explains the problem and informs the cost. Doesn’t hustle the customer or cons them. Even if the customers are non technical he explains things like SMPS, RO membrane, pump, uv apparatus solenoids etc etc. he tries to give maximum value to the customer. They have a unique system of scanning a bar code on each filter which gets uploaded to the data base and gives exact date of installation which is very important for warranty.
Delightful service. He operates in the customer delight strata. Extremely satisfying experience. The rates are the lowest compared to all the rates that I enquired before using Mamta services.
